Without proper marketing and advertising your listing becomes stagnant, and offers become few and far between—and for a continually lower price. Which is why I focus on the three P’s: pricing, presentation and promotion.

With this in mind I create a custom marketing and advertising plan for each client, based on their home, area and target market. This multi-faceted plan can include print advertising, online marketing, social media reach, high-level media and more.

 

Pricing

The proper price is critical to selling your home. Too low and you’ll get low-ball offers, but too high and your chances of a bidding war diminish. It truly is an art form, which is why I work with you closely, based on the current market, to come up with a solid pricing strategy.

Presentation

Before we market your property, we need to make sure that the presentation will live up to the hype (because earning viewings is one thing—earning offers is another). To do this I may stage your property for ideal viewing, then I’ll have a top-quality Edmonton real estate photographer take ample images and multimedia.

 

Promotion

The final step is to market and advertise your property. I leverage a multi-faceted approach, including uploading the listing to MLS®, promoting it within my brokerage, using print advertising, social media marketing and online promotion. And I target them to the audiences that are looking for a home like yours. By using geographic and demographic targeting I can get your home in front of the right people.
