One of the most frustrating parts of selling a home is having endless showings…far too many of whom are ‘looky loos’. Part of my job as an Edmonton Real Estate Professional is to market your home in a way that attracts qualified buyers.

By attracting qualified, ready-to-buy buyers your home will sell quicker…because there’s nothing worse than a stagnant listing (which nobody pays top dollar for!). This is why my marketing plan is all about getting your home out there fast and aggressively…and in places that agents and qualified buyers will see it.

With this in mind, I offer the following (and more) in my marketing plan:

  • Sculpt a strong description for MLS® and other advertising venues
  • Leverage online and offline advertising opportunities—especially social media marketing!
  • Creating—and promoting—open house events

In addition to marketing, I’ll meet with you regularly to discuss showings (and their feedback), pricing strategy, and potential offers. And I’m always available for showings!
